Every day this week on our Facebook page we’ll pick a delicious game curry recipe. We can’t shout enough about the positive health benefits of game meat. Low in cholesterol and packed full of flavour, our game is wild and free to roam the south downs landscape which keeps them lean, healthy and happy.

Eating well to stay well is an increasingly important lifestyle factor, especially during pandemics when we’re staying at home more. During October Heart UK is supporting National Cholesterol month. Lowering our cholesterol intake helps keep our arteries clear reducing the risk of health problems in the future - especially heart disease.

So if you haven’t tried it before, give our game a go!
