Happy National Sandwich Day!

So what's your favourite sarnie? Is it hot or cold? Served as wrap or slapped between two thick slices of crusty bread? The trick to making a truly delicious sandwich is as much about your choice of filling as how you slice, wrap, stack and serve your masterpiece!

This time of year our favourite butty has got to be the sausage sarnie (we love sausages!). However, to make ours taste truly amazing we use our venison sausages with sautéed onions and red and green peppers (thinly stripped) topped with melted pepper jack cheese - magic!
