What's so eggciting about eggs?

Eggs are an eggcellent choice to help maintain a healthy diet as they don’t contain any sugar or carbohydrates.

Our Pheasant and Partridge eggs are packed full of healthy nutrients. They are a good source of protein, essential amino acids and many other vitamins, including vitamins B and D. Don’t be put off by their size. They may be smaller than hen eggs, but pack a punch in flavour (rich in taste) with a deep yellow yolk.

Partridge eggs are especially fabulous hard boiled, just right for a summer salad.
